The sheet generator offers five difficulty settings for this topic.

  1. Common benchmarks: halves, quarters, tenths, hundredths
  2. Common conversions with fifths and eighths, e.g. 35, 58
  3. Converting recurring or trickier values, e.g. thirds, sixths, or 2 d.p. decimals
  4. Mixed numbers to improper percentages and decimals greater than 1
  5. Comparing, ordering, and equivalence tables mixing all three forms

Common mistakes

  • Writing a decimal directly as a percentage without multiplying by 100 (e.g. 0.4 = 4%)
  • Treating denominator as percentage directly (e.g. 3/20 = 3%)
